Did Ministry of Defence, knowingly took decision, leading to loss of  crores, avoiding genuine parts of  MIGs of
Russia?
According to a top Retd technical staff of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited ( HAL),
the crashing of several MIG fighters, was due to failure of relations
with Russia, there by failed to get orginal spare parts for MIGs
of Russia. Recently, the big defence fighter deal, was
not with Russia.
Russia has advanced fighters.
